- Boiled rice3 cup
- Olive oil or oil1 tablespoon
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Chopped bell pepper1/2 cup
- Chopped carrot1/2 cup
- Pea1 cup
- Corn1 can(s)
- Chopped green beans1 cup
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Water1/4 cup
- Sauté garlic and onion well in olive oil and butter. Add peppers, carrots, salt and water. Cover and let cook for 3 min.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well, enveloping the flavors.
- Adjust salt and finish with green smell. Ready!! Easy way to renew that leftover rice, WITHOUT WASTE!
