- Raw white rice2 cup
- Pepperoni cut into thin slices1 unit(s)
- Chopped Carrots1 unit(s)
- Diced Potato2 unit(s)
- Sweet grape tomatoes200 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic1 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Parsley and chives, chopped to taste
- Girl's Finger Pepper to taste
- paprika to taste
- Bahia seasoning to taste
- In a frying pan I put a little oil and fry the pepperoni over low heat, add garlic, onion and rice and sauté well, add the carrots and potatoes, salt and paprika to taste, add hot water to cover all the rice, let it cook until very soft.
- When all the water starts to dry, I added the tomatoes, drizzled with olive oil, covered the pan and left it on low heat for 2 minutes, finishing with pepper and green smell. It was just delicious and it's super practical too 😉
