- Diced Bacon1 cup
- Diced pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Dried desalted and shredded meat2 cup
- Crushed garlic cloves to taste
- Chopped large onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped bell pepper1 cup
- White rice3 cup
- Hot water6 cup
- Chopped green parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese200 g
- Banana cut into slices3 unit(s)
- Tip: remember to desalt the jerky overnight by soaking it in water, changing it. Cook for 10 min under pressure and defund.
- Fry the bacon well, add the pepperoni and dried meat and fry. Give the garlic and add the onion. Refo very well and add the peppers, salt and rice, stir well.
