- Olive oil to taste
- Basil leaves to taste
- Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, basil, season with salt and seasonings to taste. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to cool, knead and mix with ricotta cream and adjust salt if necessary. Serve with toast is delicious.
