- Wash and dry the tomatoes well.
- In a bowl, add the oil, salt and pepper.
- Right after which the covered tomatoes (if necessary, put a little sauce on the other side)
- Finish with the fresh herbs (here I chose to use thyme, oregano and rosemary, which are heat resistant herbs. Unlike basil, ok?)
- Then take the oven at low temperature for approximately 2 hours or until your tomatoes are very soft.
