- In a mixer, beat the brown sugar, butter and white until the mixture is homogeneous, then add the eggs.
- Soon after add the flour, baking powder and salt, all this in the mixer
- Add half of the chocolate chips and mix with the help of a spoon in the dough.
- Make the balls and knead them in the shape and size you find most pleasant.
- Use parchment paper in the form so the cookies don't stick, leave a little space between them, so they don't stick to each other
- Bake in an oven at medium temperature at 180 degrees for approximately 13 minutes, wait for it to cool down and then serve yourself.
