- I started by frying the bacon in olive oil, added the green corn (drained all the water) and fried it along with the bacon. I added the onion, peppers, garlic, butter and mixed well.
- I added the paprika, chopped pepper and green smell, raisins and olives, I gradually added the flour, mixing well in low fire so as not to burn the farofa, I adjusted the salt and after 5 minutes in the fire it is ready, I finished with more green smell chopped.
