- I put a blender, 1 can of corn, the milk, and beat until it forms a smooth cream.
- In a pan put the onion and garlic in a thread of olive oil. Pour the drained corn from the other can, salt, black pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.
- I added the whipped cream of corn and was stirring until it thickens.
