- Salt and freshly ground black pepper1 to taste
- Before opening, wash and dry the corn cans. Open and pour the entire contents of one of them into the blender (reserve the other can for the stir-fry). Add the milk and beat for 2 minutes or until a smooth cream forms.
- Place a pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the onion and sauté until translucent, about 2 minutes. Drain the water and add the corn from the second can (reserve a spoon for decoration). Season with salt and pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the whipped cream and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring well. Turn off the heat and serve next, using the reserved corn for decoration. If desired, season with a little more pepper.
