- Milk1 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Small chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Open and pour the entire contents of the corn cans into the blender. Add the milk and beat for 2 minutes or until a smooth cream forms.
- Place a pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the onion and sauté until translucent, about 2 minutes. Add the garlic and let it brown a little.
- Add the whipped cream and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Turn off the heat and serve next. If needed, add salt and pepper at the end.
