- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Blend two cans of corn, Heavy cream, salt and pepper in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Place the mixture in a pan with the butter. Over medium-low heat, stir until it thickens.
- Add the third can of corn. This way the cream will have a crunchy and creamy texture.
- Serve with grilled or breaded chicken.
