- Whole milk250 ml
- Sazón sachet of vegetables1 unit(s)
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Start by grating or crushing the onion, brown it along with the margarine.
- While the onion is sautéing, beat the corn and milk in the blender.
- When the onion is already golden, put the wheat flour until it forms a dough, then add the beaten mixture of corn and milk little by little and stir until you form a homogeneous mixture and let it cook a little.
- Then add the cream and Sazón, if you don't like Sazón, adjust the salt and let it cook a little longer, then turn it off and serve.
