Primeiro pegue um espeto de madeira, coloque na salsicha.

Passe o queijo com a salsicha no ovo, na farinha de trigo e na farinha de rosca.

Depois pegue uma frigideira, esquente o óleo e coloque o espeto com a salsicha e queijo, adicionando sal e pimenta por cima. Frite até dourar e depois sirva.
