- Chopped baked tongue or other protein1/2 cup
- Scrambled eggs2 unit(s)
- Chopped Butter Kale (leaves)2 unit(s)
- Pea1/2 cup
- Prepare the couscous in advance and set aside two cups. Fry the scrambled eggs and set aside.
- Sauté the onion and cabbage and the tongue. When ready, add the couscous, tomato, peas and eggs and mix well.
- Serve it hot.
