- Cottage cheese400 g
- Milk2 cup
- Flour4 tablespoon
- Onion to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Tomato Extract to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Put oil, chopped onion and garlic in the pan
- After frying the garlic and onion, add the chicken chopped into small cubes, season to taste and then let it cook, leaving a small amount of sauce in the cooking. When the chicken is done, turn it off and go to the next step.
- In a blender, place the cans of corn with the water, cream cheese, milk and flour. Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth.
- Turn the chicken back on and add the sauce made in the blender, cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- To accompany the sauce, white rice and potato straw.
