- Butter1 tablespoon
- Wheat (or rice) flour1 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Parmesan100 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- In a pan, sauté the onion with the butter (if you want you can also add garlic).
- Add the corn and then the flour, stir well.
- Now enter the milk and mix well.
- Season to taste and add only half of the Parmesan.
- Now enter the yolks and mix well.
- Whip the egg whites and gently incorporate.
- Put the dough in greased shapes with butter and parmesan.
- Put the rest of the parmesan on top and take it to the preheated oven for approximately 20 min.
