  • Water2 cup
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • kinnor beef broth1 unit(s)
  1. Dissolve cornmeal in water
  2. Add the water with the cornmeal dissolved in the pan
  3. Add the kinnor broth, salt and oil together
  4. Stir this mixture with the pan on the fire until it thickens if it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan
  5. always on low heat
  6. When it has the consistency you want, it's ready.
  7. If you wish, make some sauce of your choice and add it over the angu, it's delicious.
