- Water2 cup
- Oil1 tablespoon
- kinnor beef broth1 unit(s)
- Dissolve cornmeal in water
- Add the water with the cornmeal dissolved in the pan
- Add the kinnor broth, salt and oil together
- Stir this mixture with the pan on the fire until it thickens if it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan
- always on low heat
- When it has the consistency you want, it's ready.
- If you wish, make some sauce of your choice and add it over the angu, it's delicious.
