- Catupiry from a box1 unit(s)
- Apricot Jam1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Sliced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Carefully remove the entire catupiry from the box.
- Spread apricot jam on top.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and add the garlic flakes. When it starts to brown, turn off the heat.
- Toss on top of the curd with jam.
- Serve with toast!
