- Rice2 cup
- Onion and garlic1 to taste
- Canned green corn1 can(s)
- Pea1 cup
- Chopped fresh carrots1 cup
- Pepperoni sausage2 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Wash rice and set aside
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil and place the chopped sausage. Add the rice and salt and mix well.
- Add the carrot and other ingredients and add water to cover everything.
- Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes covered. Serve it hot
