- Cornmeal2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- In a bowl, mix the cornmeal, water and salt. Can't get too watery, just damp
- Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Put water in the couscous pan and add the cornmeal mixture, put the mozzarella cheese on top
- Leave on fire for 15 minutes
