- Crushed Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Coriander and chives to taste
- Tomatoes, diced1 unit(s)
- Small peppers, cut into strips1 unit(s)
- Pepperoni cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- Olive oil50 ml
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- 1-Put the oil and margarine to heat. 2-Put the onion to sauté and let it brown a little. Put the garlic to sauté. 3-Soon put the pepperoni and let it sauté for 10 minutes, remembering to stir sometimes. 4-Add the peppers, tomato, cilantro and chives, wait 2 minutes. 5-Add the couscous. Stir well to incorporate all the ingredients. Your couscous farofa with pepperoni is ready.
