- Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
- In a pan I added 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sauteed the garlic and onion, added the sardines, seasonings, sauce, peas, corn and 400ml of water.
- Before the water boiled, I added the corn flour and mixed well until it turned into a very creamy paste, turned off the heat, greased a pudding mold with 1 spoon of olive oil, at the bottom and on the sides of the mold I placed pieces of sardines, tomato slices and eggs, a little pea and corn, I put all the cooked dough inside the mold, I waited for it to cool down before taking it out of the mold.
