- Corn flour1 kg
- Canned Sardines2 can(s)
- Canned green corn1 can(s)
- Pickled Peas1 can(s)
- Tomatoes3 unit(s)
- Boiled Eggs4 unit(s)
- Olives1 cup
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Parsley and chives1 cup
- Pepper sauce2 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil2 tablespoon
- In a large and thick pan put the oil and let it heat up, add the chopped onion and let it become transparent, put the sardines with the sauce, corn, peas, 2 chopped tomatoes, olives and tomato sauce. Gradually add the flour and stir until the flour is evenly cooked. It cannot be too dry or too soft. Once ready, add 2 chopped eggs and parsley with chives. Grease a large cake tin with a hole in the middle with oil. Decorate the bottom and sides with tomato slices, eggs and pieces of sardines or peas. Slowly put the couscous inside the mold until it fills, pressing carefully. Wait for it to cool down to unmold.
