- Curd cheese200 g

- Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Corn, olive to taste
- Tomato, onion, coriander to taste
- Prepare the couscous normally. Premwieo hydrates the dough with water and salt and leave it stuffy for 5 minutes. And put it in the couscous for 15 minutes
- The stuffing: In a pan put a thread of oil, sauté onion, garlic and pepperoni, then add the sardines along with the vegetables. Cook the egg.
- Once everything is ready, on a platter add the couscous and the stuffing, put the olives and cheese on top. It's a delight!!
