- Chicken300 g
- Salt30 g
- Pepper25 g
- Water400 ml
- Olive oil100 ml
- First the chicken will be sliced, adding it to a pan with water and salt. So, after it's cooked, it will go to the eggs.
- Put the olive oil in the frying pan, after hot, add the eggs and stir with the spoon. Next, add the cooked chicken, and then use the salt and pepper evenly. Now it's couscous.
- The couscous not yet prepared will be poured into a container, where it will be moistened with little water, preventing water from accumulating at the bottom of the container, just "wetting" the couscous. Then let the wet couscous rest for 20 minutes, with a cloth on top.
- After that time, the couscous will be cooked in a bain-marie, observing if the couscous is getting too dry, you can add water during cooking.
- Once the couscous and chicken omelet are made, put them on a plate and the recipe is ready.
