- In a bowl, mix the couscous, salt and water and let it rest for 3 minutes.
- In a couscous pan, add water, add the couscous and put it in the kitchen for 10 minutes.
- In a frying pan, add oil to the already salted meat and let it fry for 3 minutes on each side.
