- Corn flour6 cup
- Strawberry300 g
- Chestnut80 g
- Salt20 g
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Water150 ml
- Sour cream150 g
- In a bowl, combine the corn flour with the salt, add water, wetting without excess. Then let it rest for 10 minutes with some cloth on top.
- Then cut the strawberry, put it in the pan with sugar and cream. Mix well until it forms a paste.
- Then take the couscous mass that was resting and put it in a water bath for 20 minutes. When ready, place the strawberry paste on top of the couscous and the recipe is done.
