- Couscous1 cup
- Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- boiling water1 cup
- Vegetables of your choice1 cup
- Salt and spices to taste
- olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chop 1 clove of garlic and sauté with 1 tsp of olive oil. Add water and let it boil.
- Add the couscous in a bowl, add salt to taste and pour in the boiled garlic water. Mix to spread the salt and cover to muffle for 10 minutes.
- Cook vegetables in water or steam until al dente.
- Saute the rest of the chopped garlic with olive oil and add the vegetables. Season with salt and whatever ingredients you prefer.
- Mix the vegetables in the couscous and serve.
