- Salt to taste
- Oil2 cup
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Alcohol50 ml
- Cut the bacon into small pieces and place in a bowl with the salt and alcohol and set aside for 20 minutes.
- In a pan put the oil and let it get very hot.
- Throw in the bacon and stir occasionally so it doesn't stick.
- Once browned, remove from heat and place on a paper towel to drain the fat.
