Em uma panela adicione 1 litro leite e 4 colheres de sopa de vinagre, deixe ferver por 15 minutos ou até talhar.
Após ele talhado passe pela peneira.


In a pan add 1 liter of milk and 4 tablespoons of vinegar, let it boil for 15 minutes or until it curdles.
After it is cut, pass through a sieve.


Adicione o leite talhado no liquidificador com o sal e a margarina, e o creme de leite e bata por 5 minutos.
Leve à geladeira por 30 minutos, em seguida sirva em torradas. 

Add the skimmed milk to the blender with the salt and margarine, and the cream and blend for 5 minutes.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then serve on toast.
