- Butter2 tablespoon
- Garlic to taste
- Mozzarella100 g
- Grated or chopped curd cheese50 g
- In a pan over low heat, melt the butter and lightly brown the garlic.
- Then mix the cream and cheese without stopping to stir (the creaminess happens there, see, bless).
- Taste and if necessary add a pinch of salt.
- Turn off as soon as the cheese melts and put it in the ready couscous (put it right away)
