Sour cream

Numa panela em fogo baixo derreta a manteiga e dê uma leve douradinha no alho.

In a pan over low heat, melt the butter and lightly brown the garlic.

Em seguida misture o creme de leite e os queijos sem parar de mexer (a cremosidade acontece aí visse, bença).

Then mix the cream and cheese without stopping to stir (the creaminess happens there, see, bless).

Prova e se necessário acrescenta uma pitada de sal.

Taste and if necessary add a pinch of salt.

Desligue assim que o queijo derreter e já coloca no cuscuz pronto (ponha na mesma hora) 

Turn off as soon as the cheese melts and put it in the ready couscous (put it right away)
