- Take the milk to heat, when it is forming balls to boil you can turn off the heat, that's the point. After turning off, add the lemon little by little and keep mixing, set aside for about 10 minutes until it curdles.
- In a container with a sieve, put the curdled milk to drain, no need to squeeze, just let all the whey drain.
- Once this is done, take the white mass from the sieve into the blender and beat well, add the salt or seasoning of your choice and blend again, Ready and delicious!
