- Cottage cheese4 cup
- Raisins to taste
- Season the chicken with lemon, garlic, salt and chicken seasoning powder and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and add the seasoned chicken. Add the onion, tomato, bell pepper, chicken broth bar and hot sauce. Mix well. Add the tomato paste and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
- Turn off the fire, when all pressure comes out, reserve the broth that was left from the chicken and reserve, shred the chicken in a separate refractory.
- In the broth that cooked the chicken, add the cornstarch, the shredded chicken, the corn and mix until it thickens. Add the cottage cheese and cook for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, add the raisins and it's ready to serve.
