- I started by cutting the chayotes and chopping them into small pieces. And I booked
- Now, in a pan, put the olive oil and the garlic and let it fry for a few minutes.
- I added the chopped chayote and mix, I added the black pepper and the oregano. And let it cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Then I put the cornstarch and a little milk mixed with the fork and put the mixture together with the chayote.
- Lastly, I added the cream and hit the salt. And finished with grated cheese and parsley. Then turn off the heat and serve
