- Chicken breast cut into cubes450 g
- Sour cream150 g
- Wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Water or milk100 ml
- Garlic to taste
- Onion to taste
- Green pepper to taste
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Sauce of your choice (barbecue or ketchup)4 tablespoon
- Chopped green smell to taste
- Fry the onion for 3 minutes, add the garlic.
- Then put the chicken breast, tomato, peppers, and other seasonings of your choice.
- Let them scream until they reach a golden color. When the chicken and the other ingredients form a Cristina in the pan, add a little water and let them come out of the pan.
- Prepare a mixture of flour and water and set aside.
- When the mixture in the pan turns into a sauce, add the flour mixture, stir over low heat until incorporated and add the cream.
- Stir and add the chosen sauce (barbecue or ketchup), adjust the salt.
- Add the green smell and serve with rice and potatoes of your choice.
