- Cabbage500 kg
- Corn1 can(s)
- Milk350 ml
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Seasonings (I used: saffron, coloral and salt) to taste
- Beat the corn and milk in the blender for approximately 2 minutes, then add the corn starch and beat for another 30 seconds and set aside.
- In a pan put 1 tablespoon of butter, onion (minced), garlic (crushed) and brown.
- Then add the cabbage (cut into strips) mix for it to give that slight decrease, after add the carrot (grated) and mix well.
- After Add the cream that was made in the blender and the seasonings (saffron, paprika and salt) mix.
- Transfer to a refractory and finish with the cheese on top.
- Take it to the oven for approximately 20 minutes for the cheese to melt and give that gratin 🤤 (I set the oven to 200° degrees).
