  • Cornmeal120 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Parmesan cheese2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt. to taste
  1. Mix the cornmeal well with the vegetable broth in the pan with the fire turned off, using a whisk.
  2. With the fire on, mix until the polenta begins to thicken. Add some salt.
  3. After the polenta has thickened well, add the butter and mix. Then add the cream and grated cheese and mix until dissolved. Adjust salt if necessary and serve hot.
