- Ground beef500 g

- Oil1 tablespoon
- Take the water with the salt to the fire, before boiling with the help of a fuê, gradually add the flour, stirring quickly. Cover the pan and cook for about 1 hour over low heat.
- Let's go to the sauce, take the meat and oil to the fire and let it braise when the meat dries completely add the garlic, onion and tomato sautéing until it withers add the tomato paste and cover with water. Let it be found, hit the salt, add the green smell and reserve.
- Turn and half stir the polenta at the end of cooking time add the butter mixing until it's very creamy. Serve with bolognese sauce and parmesan if you prefer.
