  • Mozzarella500 g
  • ham300 g
  • Sour cream3 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour3 tablespoon
  • grated onions3 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • boiled eggs4 unit(s)
  • milk300 ml
  • Chopped palm heart250 g
  • canned green corn1 unit(s)
  • nutmeg1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. Make the béchamel sauce and add it to palm hearts and corn.
  2. In a refractory, alternate layers of boiled potatoes and sauce.
  3. Then cover with ham and cheese, repeat the layers and do the same in the next one.
  4. In the last layer put green smell and finish with the cheese
  5. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes
