Tomato3 unit(s)
Cabotia squash1/2 unit(s)
Cooked corn*300 g
Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
Olive oil, salt, pepper to taste

Cut into medium cubes: the onion, the pepper and the pumpkin.
Sauté the onion and pepper, seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika, in a little oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Add the tomato and a pinch of salt, stir well and sauté again for another 5 minutes, also stirring occasionally.
Add the pumpkin and a pinch of salt, stir well, cover with hot water and cook with the pan ajar for 15 minutes.
Add the corn, stir again and cook for another 15 minutes with the pan open.
