- Cooked corn*300 g
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Olive oil, salt, pepper to taste
- Cut into medium cubes: the onion, the pepper and the pumpkin.
- Sauté the onion and pepper, seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika, in a little oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Add the tomato and a pinch of salt, stir well and sauté again for another 5 minutes, also stirring occasionally.
- Add the pumpkin and a pinch of salt, stir well, cover with hot water and cook with the pan ajar for 15 minutes.
- Add the corn, stir again and cook for another 15 minutes with the pan open.
