- Bacon60 g
- Grated Parmesan80 g
- Milk Cream11/2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Heart of Palm cubes100 g
- Olive oil. salt and nutmeg to taste
- Smell Vede60 g
- In a work pan, over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and the bacon to brown. Then add the sliced garlic clove and the onion in cubes to gold too.
- Add the heart of palm in cubes to sauté and add the cooked rice and mix well. Add salt, nutmeg and green smell. Check for good salt.
- Add the cream and grated Parmesan and mix well. Put all this mixture in the refractory and serve.
