- Butter1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil for greasing1 teaspoon
- Grated cheese (optional) to taste
- In a non-stick frying pan, with a spatula spread the oil over the entire surface.
- Put the eggs, salt and butter and grated cheese
- Turn on the medium heat and tilt the skillet slightly so that the flame does not reach the bottom.
- Stir gently in a circular motion until thick.
- Turn off the heat and keep stirring until you get a creamy consistency.
- Serve it hot. Great on top of breads and toast.
- Tip: you can finish with fried garlic on top
