- Olive oil or oil2 tablespoon
- Rice2 cup
- Hot water3 cup
- Chopped large tomato1 unit(s)
- Tin of peeled tomatoes or 1 large tomato1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Green smell to taste
- Brown the garlic and onion in the oil, add the chopped tomato, salt and rice. Stir and sauté well for a few minutes.
- Add the can of peeled tomatoes and break up the tomatoes with a spoon, leaving a few pieces. Add the spoonful of butter and hot water.
- Stir and cook over medium low heat until the water dries up. Don't let it dry completely, the good thing is that it gets creamy, it's delicious!
- Finish with green smell and that's it!
