- Peel of two potatoes50 g
- Alcohol Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Wash the peels well, drain the water and add a spoon of vinegar to the peels, stir and let it rest for a minute.
- Along the rinds with vinegar add the wheat flour, oregano and salt and mix well.
- In a skillet, preferably Non-stick, melt a spoon of margarine and then place the shells and sauté well over medium heat.
- Use these peels as an accompaniment, it stays very dry and has crunchiness. I loved this taste.
