- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- I seasoned the bacon with salt and pepper and put it in the airfryer to fry (you can also fry it in the pan) for 20 minutes in the airfryer and it was very dry and crispy.
- I put some of the bacon fat in a pan and fried the garlic and onion, added the peppers, added the small pieces of crackling and the flour, over low heat, mixed well until the farofa was crispy, finished with green smell.
