- Flaked cassava flour2 cup
- Chopped Calabrian Sausage3/4 cup
- Extra fine straw potato1 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Paprika1 coffee spoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Soybean, sunflower or corn oil1/3 cup
- Chopped green onion1/3 cup
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until it begins to brown.
- Then add the sausage and fry well. Add the chives and butter and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the paprika and mix. Add the cassava flour and salt and keep stirring over low heat until toasted.
- Add the straw potato and mix, stirring for another 2 minutes or until it's pretty crispy. Transfer to another container to cool.
