- Wheat flour to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cut onion rings into thin slices and soak in a pot of water for a few minutes.
- Then drain as much of the water as you can and season the onion with salt, pepper and smoked paprika;
- Mix this seasoning in the onion and then start adding the wheat flour;
- The flour should cover the onion well; remembering that this must be done very close to the time of frying;
- Once these processes are done, it's time to fry the onion and use it as you wish.
